Upper management is clueless on how to actually do the lower level jobs effeciently and constantly changes "best practice" procedures which typically reduce efficiency, and result in more mandatory overtime.Īdvancement opportunities are very very few and far between, and are not given based on job performance, or aptitude for positions. Mandatory overtime on a rolling day schedule makes it impossible to plan anything. However you can forget about having any kind of personal life. The TMs have plenty of opportunity to make as much money as they want as OT is always available but most try to avoid it. There should be more team members from the floor groomed for leadership roles. Some are experienced leaders and some are fresh out of college and learning to be leaders. Actual leadership experience is not required. But if you toe the line and say all the right things that will happen for you.
